Mr. Hamann is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Personal Financial Specialist licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Texas. Mr. Hamann is a partner with Hamann & Williamson, LLP, a Texas based CPA firm focused on taxation, financial and business consulting services.
Mr. Hamann began his career in Washington, D.C. over 40 years ago, while still in college, holding positions as a staff accountant for a local CPA firm and as chief accountant for a regional security brokerage firm before being recruited by Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) in 1969. In 1980, Mr. Hamann became a partner in the Washington, D.C. office. As a partner, he was responsible for serving a broad spectrum of clients of the firm, development of the tax practice and administration. He was the lead partner representing domestic and international clients on U.S. and international taxation, finance, and business engagements. His extensive experience representing clients in banking, insurance, real estate and financial services industries gave him a strong foundation to pursue his vision to build a full service “multi-disciplinary practice” organization into the “financial services firm of the future.”
Mr. Hamann serves as Chairman, CEO and co-founder of PGI Holdings, LLC, a Texas based private equity investment firm. He envisioned the business organization and set the tone for its path to success, using his unique skill set and ability to analyze and understand complex organizations, structures, transactions and businesses. His creativity along with his in-depth experience in finance, accounting, taxation, planning, regulatory reporting matters, and his vision, makes him uniquely qualified to lead PGI Holdings, LLC. Mr. Hamann serves as Chairman and CEO of a financial services holding company and a real estate investment company which are controlled by PGI Holdings, LLC. Mr. Hamann has previously served as Chairman, President, CEO, and co-founder of Treaty Oak Holdings, Inc. and of Treaty Oak Bancorp, Inc. from their inception until 2006, at which point he was awarded the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus, in recognition of his performance and contributions to the Treaty Oak companies. PGI Holdings, LLC continues to hold a financial interest in Treaty Oak Bancorp, Inc.
Mr. Hamann graduated from Benjamin Franklin University with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and the advanced tax, financial planning and estate programs at New York University, the University of Miami, and the University of Texas, in addition to continuing education through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). Mr. Hamann is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland, Texas, and Washington, D.C., and is a Personal Financial Specialist certified by the AICPA. He also holds the Series 65 securities license.
During the course of his career, Mr. Hamann has made numerous presentations at various professional development programs and to client, civic, industry, and governmental groups on various topics, including taxation, finance, fiscal policy, and financial reporting.

Ms. Williamson is a Certified Public Accountant with almost 20 years of hands on industry experience. She has been licensed to practice public accounting in Texas since 1991. A graduate of the University of Texas—Austin with a Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Accounting, she started her career with Arthur Andersen and moved on to become a Controller and then Vice President of Finance and Operations for a billion dollar insurance corporation. Her consulting career was kick started quickly when she was placed in charge of 16 consultants to manage a large fraud campaign where she and her team were instrumental in collecting over 30 million dollars in damages. From there she moved on to installing accounting and manufacturing computer systems for family owned and publicly traded corporations. Performance reviews of school districts around Texas were her next consulting opportunity where she recommended millions of dollars of cost savings.
Her business valuations have been tried and tested through the court system in a variety of different circumstance and industries. She’s been named as an expert witness in over 30 different cases and has provided a wide variety of services to plaintiff and defense attorneys.
She and her husband own their own manufacturing company where she gained a first hand knowledge of the challenges facing business owners. She writes and provides training and insight on the challenges facing business owners and the importance of understanding and preparing for the future. Her mission is to inspire other to value the knowledge she can impart in the areas of finance, business and women’s issues. She is proud to offer a one-stop financial solution for all her client’s financial needs.
Ms. Lenz is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Texas State University. She has twenty years of accounting experience working with a variety of industries. It was working as an accounts payable specialist that prompted her to go back to school and obtain her degree in accounting. After working in the corporate world she enjoys the one on one that she has with each of her clients. It is that special relationship with each client that motivates her to provide the best service possible.
Ms. Lenz is married and her husband Tim owns his own surveying company. They have two grown children, two “spoiled” dogs and reside in Round Rock. Ms. Lenz and her husband are actively involved with New Covenant Fellowship a new church development in Northeast Austin. Tracey serves on the Finance committee and leads a weekly women’s bible study. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and going to the beach every summer.
